本條款適用於由開發者 hyposomnia 提供的「妙悟」App 與網站 stillume.life。下載、存取或使用服務，即表示你同意本條款及隱私政策；若不同意，請停止使用。透過 Apple App Store 取得的 App 同時受 Apple 的標準終端使用者授權協議約束。
2. 服務性質
妙悟提供禮佛、供燈、佛曆、佛經閱讀、修習記錄與相關內容工具。妙悟不是寺院、宗教機構、慈善機構，也不提供醫療、法律、財務或其他專業建議。App 內功德記錄只供個人修習記錄，不是宗教認證，不保證任何現實或宗教結果，亦不可兌換、轉移或提現。
3. 使用資格與裝置
你應具備依所在地法律同意本條款的能力；未成年人應在監護人同意與指導下使用。妙悟不設自建帳號，你有責任妥善管理裝置、Apple 帳號、iCloud 與 App Store 購買驗證資訊。裝置遺失、系統限制或雲端服務異常可能影響資料存取與同步。
4. 自願支持與 App 內購買
妙悟的核心功能無需付費即可使用。你可以透過 App Store 自願支持妙悟，用於產品開發、內容維護與日常營運。支持不會解鎖專屬功能，也不構成慈善捐贈、寺院代收、定向募款或對任何佛教文化項目、道場或個人的付款承諾。
實際商品、價格、幣別、付款、退款與撤銷由 Apple 及使用者所在地的 App Store 規則處理。成功支持可按 App 顯示的固定規則增加總功德記錄，但該記錄沒有現金或現實價值。除法律另有要求外，退款申請請依 Apple 提供的流程辦理。
5. 合理使用
你不得利用妙悟從事違法、欺詐、侵害他人權益、破壞服務安全或妨礙他人使用的行為，也不得向回饋或支持介面大量提交垃圾、惡意或誤導資料。你提交的寄語、道場名稱或回饋內容應由你負責，並不得包含你無權提供的個人資料或內容。
6. 內容與智慧財產
妙悟的程式、介面、品牌、圖像編排與原創內容受適用法律保護。佛經、曆法資料或其他第三方內容的權利歸各自權利人所有；除法律允許或取得授權外，本條款不授予你另行複製、出售、重新發布或建立衍生服務的權利。
7. 服務變更與可用性
我們可能為安全、相容性、內容品質、法律要求或產品改進而更新、暫停或移除部分功能。網路、Apple、iCloud、App Store、Vercel、Neon 或裝置環境可能造成中斷；我們會合理維護服務，但不保證服務永不中斷或所有內容永久可用。
8. 責任限制

1. Scope and acceptance
These terms apply to the Stillume app and stillume.life, provided by the developer hyposomnia. By downloading, accessing, or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Apps obtained through the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
2. Nature of the service
Stillume provides devotional, digital lamp, Buddhist calendar, scripture reading, practice record, and related content tools. Stillume is not a temple, religious institution, or charity and does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. In-app merit records are personal practice records only. They are not religious certification, do not promise real-world or religious results, and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or withdrawn.
3. Eligibility and devices
You must be legally able to agree to these terms where you live. Minors should use the service with a guardian's consent and guidance. Stillume has no separate account system. You are responsible for securing your device, Apple Account, iCloud, and App Store purchase credentials. Device loss, system restrictions, or cloud-service failures may affect access and synchronization.
4. Voluntary support and in-app purchases
Stillume's core features are available without payment. You may voluntarily support Stillume through the App Store to help fund product development, content maintenance, and operations. Support does not unlock exclusive features and is not a charitable donation, temple collection, directed fundraiser, or promise to transfer funds to any Buddhist cultural project, temple, or individual.
Available products, prices, currencies, payments, refunds, and revocations are handled under Apple's rules and the user's App Store region. Successful support may add to the total in-app merit record under the fixed rule shown in the app, but that record has no cash or real-world value. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, refund requests must use Apple's process.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Stillume for unlawful, fraudulent, rights-infringing, security-disrupting, or service-interfering conduct, or submit spam, malicious, or misleading data to feedback or support interfaces. You are responsible for lamp messages, temple names, and feedback you submit and must not provide personal data or content you are not authorized to share.
6. Content and intellectual property
Stillume's software, interface, brand, visual arrangement, and original content are protected by applicable law. Rights in scriptures, calendar data, and other third-party materials remain with their respective owners. Except as allowed by law or permission, these terms do not grant a right to separately copy, sell, republish, or build a derivative service from them.
7. Changes and availability
We may update, suspend, or remove features for security, compatibility, content quality, legal requirements, or product improvement. Networks, Apple, iCloud, the App Store, Vercel, Neon, or device conditions may cause interruptions. We will reasonably maintain the service but do not promise uninterrupted operation or permanent availability of every item.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stillume is provided as available without implied warranties. The developer is not responsible for interruptions outside reasonable control, third-party service failures, or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Changes to these terms and contact
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change and will show a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel. For questions, contact us through the feedback form on the official website.
