本政策適用於「妙悟」App 及網站 stillume.life，由妙悟開發者 hyposomnia 提供。如有隱私問題、資料查詢或刪除請求，請透過官方網站的意見回饋表單聯絡我們。
2. 我們處理的資料
- 修習與使用資料：禮敬對象、心燈、供燈寄語、功德記錄、修習日期、閱讀進度、閱讀偏好與最近使用內容。
- 購買記錄：商品識別碼、交易識別碼、價格、幣別、交易時間、交付狀態與退款或撤銷關係。付款由 Apple 處理，妙悟不會取得銀行卡號或付款方式。
- 支持心願：當你自願支持妙悟時，我們會處理你選擇的支持用途、回向佛菩薩、選填的道場名稱，以及隨機產生的 App 安裝識別碼。該識別碼不是硬體序號，不用於廣告或跨 App 追蹤。
- 動作資料：使用作揖辨識時，裝置姿態、角度與動作感測樣本只在裝置記憶體中即時處理，停止後即釋放。我們不會上傳動作軌跡，只保存已確認的作揖結果。
- 意見回饋：你主動提交的電子郵件地址、回饋內容與介面語言。
上述修習資料可能反映宗教興趣或信仰。妙悟只用於提供 App 功能，不用於廣告、使用者画像、資料出售或跨 App 追蹤。
3. 儲存、同步與服務供應商
妙悟不設自建帳號。App 資料優先儲存在你的裝置及 Apple 私有 iCloud／CloudKit 空間，以便在登入同一 Apple 帳號的裝置間同步；無法使用 iCloud 時，資料可只保存在裝置上。Apple 依其隱私政策處理 iCloud 與 StoreKit 服務。
網站回饋及 App 內支持記錄透過 HTTPS 傳送，由 Vercel 提供運算服務並儲存在 Neon 資料庫。支持記錄用於核對交易、處理退款或撤銷、匯總回向心願及了解使用者希望妙悟關注的道場；選擇佛菩薩或道場不代表妙悟代為定向募捐或承諾轉交該筆款項。妙悟目前未接入第三方廣告或分析 SDK。

回饋資料在處理問題所需期間內保存；支持交易記錄會在履行交易、退款、會計及法律義務所需期間內保存。你可以透過意見回饋表單提出查詢、更正或刪除請求；請填寫可供核對的回覆信箱並說明請求內容。我們會在合理期限內處理，法律要求保留的資料除外。
5. 安全、兒童與跨境處理

1. Scope and contact
This policy applies to the Stillume app and stillume.life, provided by the Stillume developer, hyposomnia. For privacy questions or requests to access or delete data, contact us through the feedback form on our official website.
2. Data we process
- Practice and usage data: selected devotional figure, lamps, lamp messages, merit records, practice dates, reading progress, reading preferences, and recently used content.
- Purchase records: product and transaction identifiers, price, currency, transaction time, delivery status, and refund or revocation relationships. Apple processes payments; Stillume does not receive card numbers or payment methods.
- Support wishes: when you voluntarily support Stillume, we process your selected purpose, dedication figure, optional temple name, and a randomly generated app installation identifier. This is not a hardware serial number and is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
- Motion data: when bow recognition is used, device attitude, angles, and sensor samples are processed only in device memory and released when processing stops. Motion traces are not uploaded; only a confirmed bow result is stored.
- Feedback: the email address, message, and interface language you voluntarily submit.
Practice data may reveal religious interests or beliefs. Stillume uses it only to provide app features, never for advertising, profiling, sale of data, or tracking across apps.
3. Storage, sync, and service providers
Stillume has no separate account system. App data is stored primarily on your device and in your private Apple iCloud/CloudKit space to sync across devices using the same Apple Account. If iCloud is unavailable, data may remain only on the device. Apple processes iCloud and StoreKit data under its privacy policy.
Website feedback and in-app support records are sent over HTTPS. Vercel provides computing services and Neon stores the data. Support records are used to reconcile transactions, handle refunds or revocations, aggregate dedication wishes, and understand which temples users would like Stillume to consider. Selecting a figure or temple does not make the payment a directed fundraiser or create a promise to transfer that payment. Stillume currently uses no third-party advertising or analytics SDK.
4. Retention and deletion
App data is retained until you delete it in the app, remove the relevant data from your device, or use Apple's iCloud management features. “Clear lamp records” removes lamps and related transaction display records, while merit, practice dates, reading preferences, and reading progress may remain. A pending or delayed transaction may retain a minimal record without the lamp message until delivery or revocation can be completed safely.
Feedback is retained for as long as needed to handle the request. Support transaction records are retained as needed to fulfill transactions, process refunds, and meet accounting or legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion through our feedback form. Provide a reply address that can be verified and describe your request. We will respond within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
5. Security, children, and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Cloud providers may process data in their operating regions under their terms and applicable law. Stillume is not designed to collect children's personal data. A guardian may contact us to request deletion if they believe a child submitted personal data.
6. Changes
We will update this page and its effective date when features or data practices change. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel.
